GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHEN RESERVING ACCOMMODATION
These general terms and conditions apply to all reservations for the rental of the Villas Adagio, operated by Via Vera d.o.o. By accepting the offer or paying the advance, the Guest accepts these terms and conditions.
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay 30% of the total amount to the villas owners account, the remaining amount must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival by credit card or by payment to the account or on the day of arrival in cash.
SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
– accommodation service in the villa including VAT
– tourist tax
– fenced parking for 2 vehicles within the villa
– use of all equipment for guests in the villa
– weekly change of towels and bed linen
– weekly lawn and pool maintenance
– electricity and water consumed
RESERVATION CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
In case of cancellation or modification of the reservation up to 30 days before arrival, 30% of the reservation amount will be charged.
In case of cancellation or change of reservation in the last 30 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
PAYMENT METHOD: ACCOMMODATION, DEPOSIT AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES
By credit card or bank transfer, the payment currency is Euro.
The Villas rental price is determined according to the Price List expressed in Euros.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
A baby bed and a high chair are not charged additionally.
Two pets are allowed and included in the price.
Check-in for guests at the Villa is after 4 pm, check-out by 10 am.
